Playing Possum

So, they tell me that I am supposed to spend some "Tummy Time" every day. I have no problem with this, in fact with my strong neck, I find this is time to show off every day. What I do mind is mom flashing that stinkin' camera in my face every time I do something. So, here I am playing possum. Not two seconds before this was taken, I was up and looking around. And right after the pic was snapped, do you want to guess what I was doing? You betcha, up and looking around. You have got to be quicker to catch the Dude in action!

Good Morning

I must apologize to all of my fans for my absence, (mom and dad have been slacking). But have no fear, I am back! As an update to my earlier post, I am now sampling some soy formula that seems to make my tummy feel a bit better. I keep my eyes open a lot more lately for the ladies to admire. I am somewhere around 9 lbs at this point and growing every day. While the sun was shining, I was lucky enough to spend some time outside which was great! I am ready for Spring and all that it will bring! Oh yeah, one more thing....GO STATE, FINAL 4 BABY!!!

So, I have been feeling a little gassy lately, (I know, I know, too much information). Nothing was working until dad put me in this jungle contraption. There are all these neat little animals for me to stare at, and stare I did!

Sleep is hard work

Sleep is such hard work, that Grandma Geary had to come visit to help mom and dad sleep. It worked! Thanks Grandma, I know M & D appreciated it!

Ahhhh, a full tummy!

I love bottles!!! I can't tell a lie, I am an eating machine. I snack a little bit during the day, and can knock back about 3 oz every 2 hours or so. Oh yeah, and I am a heck of a burper. Life is good.

Lucky Charm

So, my cousin Brendan loaned me some really cool St. Patrick's Day gear. But unfortunately, B (as he is known) was a wee bit bigger than me at this time of the year. Mom stuffed me into this cute little outfit for the occasion. Wanting to live up to the holiday, I drank too much formula and puked on mom by 3:00 p.m. Happy St. Patty's Day to all!

Welcome!

Well, I'm here (finally)! I arrived at 3:52 pm on March 5, 2009. A beautiful day to be born. Everyone who was present says that the sun started shining right before I arrived (I have some connections.) I weighed in at a healthy 6 lbs, 10 oz and I am 19 in long. My birthmom was a champ during labor, (believe me, I did not make it very easy on her). Mom and Dad told me that they wanted to keep a blog about my first year and I agreed that my fans need me, so I will blog. I'm not planning on sticking to a schedule quite yet, so please be patient with Mom and Dad; it might take them a few days to post my newest accomplishment.
